Virtue is an established AI consulting firm helping US businesses implement artificial intelligence across their operations, with an active client base and proven results. We're hiring a B2B Outbound Sales Development Representative to book qualified discovery calls with American business owners and executives who are ready to leverage AI. You won't be starting from scratch. You'll be handed a defined ICP, warm data, and outreach sequences to work from day one. Your job is to execute the outreach, iterate on what works, and fill the calendar. If you're a sharp, driven SDR who wants to sell something genuinely cutting-edge and earn uncapped commission with no ceiling on what you can make, this is your role.

Must Haves

  • 1+ years B2B cold outbound experience with proven results
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar prospecting platforms
  • Strong research skills for data enrichment
  • Excellent writing - persuasive, concise, personalized
  • Professional workstation with webcam, noise-cancelling headset, stable internet (25 Mbps+)

Nice to Haves

  • Experience selling to entrepreneurs, agencies, or SMBs in the $10K-$100K/month revenue range
  • Background in B2B tech, SaaS, or AI-adjacent services
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to speak confidently about automation and technology with business owners
  • Experience in trigger-based outreach (funding rounds, hiring spikes, new leadership, etc)

Core Responsibilities

  • Send custom multi-channel outreach across cold calls, LinkedIn, cold email, and direct message every day
  • Book qualified discovery calls with US-based entrepreneurs & business executives interested in building their overseas teams
  • Iterate on scripts, processes and framework to improve conversion rates

Expectations

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday to Friday US hours
  • Monthly target KPIs will be set and reviewed weekly
