Business Development Representative

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to lead outbound for our own international recruitment firm, Talented. Your job is to book qualified discovery calls with American business owners who are looking to scale their operations by hiring top-tier overseas talent. The work is consistent, thoughtful cold outreach - calls, LinkedIn, email, DMs. If you love the hunt and want to represent a premier global recruitment service, this is for you.
Must Haves
- 1+ years B2B cold outbound experience with proven results
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar prospecting platforms
- Strong research skills for data enrichment
- Excellent writing - persuasive, concise, personalized
- Professional workstation with webcam, noise-cancelling headset, stable internet (25 Mbps+)
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling to entrepreneurs, agencies, or SMBs in the $10K-$100K/month revenue range
- Background in recruitment, staffing, HR tech, or B2B service sales
- Experience in trigger-based outreach (Funding, scaling, etc)
Core Responsibilities
- Send custom multi-channel outreach across cold calls, LinkedIn, cold email, and direct message every day
- Book qualified discovery calls with US-based entrepreneurs & business executives interested in building their overseas teams
- Iterate on scripts, processes and framework to improve conversion rates
Expectations
- Start date: ASAP
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday to Friday US hours
- Monthly target KPIs will be set and reviewed weekly

Compensation
- R20k-25k + Uncapped Commission
