Application Deadline: June 17, 2026

Brandon is a General Partner at a US venture capital firm. His days run on deal flow, portfolio relationships, and building his network at a high level. The EA who steps into this role gets direct access to the operational layer of an active VC firm. You see how a GP thinks, where his attention goes, and how high-value investor relationships are managed day to day. This starts at 20 hours per week. For the right person, the ramp to full-time is built into the offer.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years as a remote EA supporting a venture-backed tech founder or a finance executive at a VC or investment firm
  • Near-native written and spoken English
  • Hands-on with CRM tools like Affinity or Attio
  • Active experience managing LinkedIn content, Canva design, and newsletter or blog writing
  • Confident building and maintaining spreadsheets and databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable
  • Coordinated logistics for in-person or online networking events end-to-end: invites, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Comfortable operating with limited structure, taking initiative, asking the right questions, and building process where none exists
  • Professional workstation: high quality webcam, background, stable internet (25 Mbps+), and a quiet dedicated workspace

Nice to Haves

  • Prior background inside a venture capital, private equity, or finance-adjacent firm
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Superhuman, or other founder-stack productivity software
  • Familiarity with the early-stage / pre-seed venture world, including deal flow and how a GP manages investor and founder relationships
  • Experience managing a founder's or exec's personal brand and social growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Brandon's inbox, calendar, and contacts (CRM) so his time stays on deals and relationships
  • Run his content presence across LinkedIn publishing, newsletter coordination, and Canva assets.
  • Coordinate networking events end to end, from invites and vendor logistics to follow-up.
  • Build and document process, spotting gaps in recurring work, asking questions, and drafting SOPs.

Expectations

  • Full overlap with US Pacific business hours
  • Part-time start at 20 hours per week
