Write direct response Meta ad campaigns for an established international recruitment firm with 70+ client placements. You will need to create weekly batches of content for filming, including talking-head video scripts, static primary text variants, and headlines, for a brand with a proven voice and an audience of US entrepreneurs and business operators.
Must Haves

- Active student of direct response copywriting: books, swipe files, YouTube breakdowns, etc
Core Responsibilities
- Write 30+ ads per weekly batch to convert (script, headlines and copy)
- Develop multiple angles per batch from a brief: story hooks, stat hooks, objection flips, and credibility plays
- Study high-performing ad libraries and iterate based on what converts and how our clients speak in real sales calls
Expectations
- All copy must be written without AI. We can generate AI copy ourselves. We are hiring for judgment, instinct, and voice.
