Must Haves
- 1Y+ in a remote Virtual Assistant role
- Strong Google Sheets fluency: VLOOKUP, pivot tables
- Track record of 12+ month tenures in remote roles (no hopping)
- Demonstrated history of handling high-volume operations (orders, tickets, or transactions at scale)
- Exceptional written and verbal English (Not A1/A2)
- Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other eCommerce platforms
- Past work with high-SKU inventory or warehouse coordination
- History of building SOPs & internal processes
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up repetitive work
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end warehouse inventory using Google Sheets for thousands of units
- Track purchases, maintain records, and manage tracking spreadsheets
- Reconcile orders and inventory across warehouse systems to catch discrepancies
Expectations
- Start Date: ASAP
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday
- Overlap with 8AM–4PM EST for collaboration
