Talent Acquisition Specialist for US Recruiting Firm

Talented is a US-based recruiting firm that connects high-performing overseas professionals with American entrepreneurs and growing companies. We've vetted over 30,000 candidates across the Philippines, South Africa, and Colombia to make 70+ placements. We're building our internal team and need a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle for every role we take on. When a client signs, you launch the campaign. When applications come in, you decide who moves forward. When someone clears the bar, you interview them. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions directly determine the quality of every placement we deliver.
Must Haves
- 1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience covering the full cycle
- Hands-on experience running job campaigns on LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience with outbound candidate outreach including LinkedIn direct messages, email sequences, or similar channels
- Strong written English for candidate-facing outreach, interview feedback, and internal reporting
- Professional home setup with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
Nice to Haves
- Experience placing talent from Southeast Asia or Latin America
- Experience using an ATS or recruitment CRM to track candidates through pipeline stages
- Familiarity with async video screening or multi-step application assessment platforms
Core Responsibilities
- Launch hiring campaigns and outbound outreach across Meta, LinkedIn, Indeed, and relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates for each role
- Review inbound applications daily, evaluating English tests, speed tests, and video responses, and make clear approve or reject decisions
- Conduct video interviews with top candidates and present finalists to the team
Expectations
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday to Friday
- Minimum 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time
- When you present a finalist, they should already be someone the team would hire. You are making the bar decisions, not escalating them.

Compensation & Perks
- $1,200 - $1,600 per month depending on experience
