Application Deadline: July 28, 2026

Step into an AI automation role at a specialized US marketing agency. This is for someone who can build useful automation without turning every problem into an engineering project. The right person understands AI agents, no-code systems, credentials, and marketing operations well enough to know when to build an agent, when to tighten a workflow, and when a simple Zapier automation is the better answer. You will help the team turn repeatable agency work into reliable systems across lead handling, campaign operations, reporting, fulfillment, and internal processes.

Must Haves

  • 2+ years of hands-on AI automation, no-code automation, or technical operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with OpenClaw, Hermes, or comparable AI agent tooling
  • Experience building no-code automations in tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, n8n, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with API keys, credentials, permissions, and secure access practices
  • Experience automating marketing, sales, CRM, reporting, or agency operations workflows
  • Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet, 25 Mbps+

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working inside a marketing agency, lead generation agency, or client services business
  • Experience supporting paid ads, funnel, CRM, or appointment-setting operations
  • Basic JavaScript, Python, or webhook troubleshooting experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows, agent systems, and no-code automations that reduce manual agency work
  • Review automation requests, choose the simplest effective solution, and avoid unnecessary custom builds when a no-code workflow will work
  • Protect client and company systems by vetting agent skills, limiting permissions, documenting credentials, and following secure access practices

Expectations

  • Full-time remote role
  • Strong overlap with US business hours
  • Organized, self-starting working style with clear written updates
  • Comfortable moving between technical setup, workflow documentation, QA, and day-to-day agency operations
  • Able to explain automation decisions in plain English to non-technical team members
  • Bias toward useful, reliable systems instead of flashy builds that are hard to maintain
