Core Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize Meta campaigns across a portfolio of SMP and hair transplant accounts, relaunching winning ad sets inside proven campaigns using creative from the in-house team
- Submit a test lead through every funnel after each launch or change, and track each account from cost per lead through cost per client acquired
- Flag any account that's off target to leadership with the cause and your next fix before the client raises it
Expectations
- Work full time remotely with at least 6 hours of daily overlap with 9am to 5pm US Eastern
- Log working hours in Hubstaff with screen recording, the same as the rest of the team
- Success means more accounts hitting their cost-per-lead and cost-per-client targets, and leadership hearing about account problems from you first
