Remote Executive Assistant for US Paid Social Agency
Reviewed by Talented TeamApplication Deadline: June 2, 2026
Jason has spent nearly a decade building an established Meta Business Partner agency running paid social campaigns for clients across Facebook and Instagram. His team is small, tight, and built on retention. The EA he's had for four years just earned a promotion into a bigger operations role. One seat is open, and the outgoing EA will train her replacement directly. Direct hire. PST hours. Client-facing. If you are the type to clear problems before they become problems, we want to meet you.
Must Haves
- 2+ years in a remote Executive Assistant or founder operations support role
- Strong written and verbal English with confidence in client-facing communication
- Experience running recurring client deliverables or admin cadences end-to-end (weekly reporting, invoicing follow-up, or similar)
- Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
Nice to Haves
- Experience supporting an agency owner in a fast-moving service business
- Experience with Slack, ClickUp, and calendar management tools
- Exposure to Meta Business Manager or pulling basic ad spend data
Core Responsibilities
- Run Jason's calendar, inbox, and daily scheduling so he stays focused on client calls and revenue work, not logistics
- Represent Jason in client-facing Slack channels, using judgment to respond, route messages, or hold clients at bay when he is in back-to-back calls
- Manage weekly client reporting delivery, invoicing follow-up, and meeting action item closeout so recurring work never stalls waiting on Jason
Expectations
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, PST hours
- You will be trained directly by the current EA before she transitions into her new operations role. The handoff will be structured and supported.
- Success means Jason is not pulled back into invoicing, scheduling, client reporting, or admin catch-up. Balls do not get dropped, and Jason does not have to chase you.
- Your written communication in client Slack channels represents Jason directly. It needs to read like his EA, not like a virtual assistant.
- You should be comfortable receiving direct feedback, adjusting quickly, and continuing to move without needing daily task-by-task management
Application Process
20-minute application (video required)
Executive assistant operations scenario assessment
20-minute 1-on-1 video interview
20-minute final client interview
Compensation
- $1,200 - $1,700/month paid in USD (based on experience)
- Direct-hire role with long-term growth potential as the agency expands its operations team
- Stable, low-churn team culture. Jason's last EA was here four years before this promotion.

Fast-paced agency environment. Jason does not micromanage and does not want to. If you are the kind of EA who gets things done before being asked and keeps a busy founder out of the weeds, we want to meet you.
