Talented helps US founders hire exceptional professionals overseas. We need a B2B SDR who can create qualified conversations through cold calls, LinkedIn, personalized email, and direct messages. You will receive a defined ICP, client proof, and core messaging, then research each account, say something relevant, follow up intelligently, and book founders and executives who have an active hiring problem. Success is measured by qualified meetings that show and fit the offer, not by activity alone.
Must Haves
- Evidence of booking qualified B2B meetings through outbound prospecting
- Can conduct relevant cold calls with US founders, executives, or senior operators
- Can build and run multichannel sequences using LinkedIn Sales Navigator plus Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or comparable tools
- Can track outreach, replies, meetings, and follow-up accurately in a CRM
- Fluent in English (Not A1/A2)
- Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling recruiting, staffing, SaaS, agency, or other high-consideration B2B services
- Experience creating account-specific research and personalized outreach assets
- Experience using HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
Core Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and contacts, identify relevant hiring signals, and prepare concise personalization
- Run daily cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email, and direct messages that produce qualified discovery calls
- Review replies and meeting quality, improve targeting and messaging, and maintain accurate CRM follow-up
Expectations
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Work US business hours with consistent availability for cold calls and live meeting handoffs
