Talented helps US founders hire exceptional professionals across the Philippines, South Africa, Latin America, and other international markets. We have reviewed more than 30,000 candidates and made more than 70 placements. We need a senior recruiter who can take a new client role from campaign launch to a short list of candidates we would confidently present. You will launch acquisition, make daily screening decisions, conduct interviews, and keep strong candidates moving without waiting for someone else to make the difficult calls.
Must Haves
- Evidence of taking a role from campaign launch through screening, structured interviews, and finalist presentation for US or international clients
- Can launch candidate campaigns on LinkedIn and Indeed and conduct outbound sourcing
- Can review high-volume applications and make clear advancement or rejection decisions across multiple role types
- Can use an ATS or recruitment CRM to track decisions, feedback, follow-up, and candidate stages
- Fluent in English (Not A1/A2)
- Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
Nice to Haves
- Experience recruiting international contractors across the Philippines, South Africa, or Latin America
- Experience using Meta advertising for candidate acquisition
- Experience with asynchronous video screening, skills tests, and paid work samples
Core Responsibilities
- Launch candidate campaigns and outbound sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, Meta, and other role-relevant channels
- Review applications every working day, evaluate tests and video responses, and make clear advancement or rejection decisions
- Conduct structured interviews, present concise finalist recommendations, and keep candidates moving through follow-up
Expectations
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- At least four working hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time
