Our client Ryan runs a digital marketing agency specializing in paid advertising for stand-up comedians and comedy clubs across the United States. You will handle the daily launch and management of Meta ad campaigns for live comedy events across the US. Campaigns run on a structured, proven system where assets and event data are provided. You need sharp instincts to know when something is off, how to fix it fast, and how to keep performance tight at high volume.
Must Haves
- 2+ years of hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager, building and managing campaigns at scale.
- Worked in an agency or multi-client environment for Meta ads
- Strong written and verbal English
- Professional workstation - webcam, noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+).
Nice to Haves
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media channels beyond Meta
- Ability to handle basic technical troubleshooting, such as pixel checks, event verification, or diagnosing simple setup problems, without needing a developer for every issue
- Instinct for creative targeting, audience selection, and how to tailor campaigns to a specific performer, market, or live event
- Familiarity with Airtable, Dropbox-based asset systems, or similar workflow environments
- Work exposure to live events, entertainment, ticket sales, or comedy marketing
Core Responsibilities
- Build and launch 200-350 Meta ad campaigns per month across comedian and comedy club clients, working within a structured system with provided assets and event data
- Monitor campaign health and performance daily, handling optimization, killing weak performers, and fixing launch issues
- Keep quality tight on every launch, catching targeting errors, budget mismatches, and setup issues before they escalate
- Coordinate daily with lead media buyer on workload and campaign priorities
Expectations
- Full-time during US business hours (Monday–Friday, aligned to MST/Arizona time)
- Success in this role means campaigns are getting built and launched cleanly, issues are being caught without hand-holding, and the current lead is able to move into more of a supervisory role instead of carrying execution volume herself
- Strong speed and accuracy in campaign setup, duplication, launch, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Start date: ASAP
