Edit the videos that fill seats at stand-up comedy clubs across America. A US-based marketing agency runs social media for 15+ comedy clubs and live venues, and they need a fast, organized editor to produce the clips and graphics behind every post. The social media manager sends you a brief, you source the clip, localize it with the venue and show dates, and ship it. Must Haves
- 2+ years editing short-form video, with experience adding text overlays and adjusting formats (Adobe Premiere or equivalent — not CapCut)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for static graphics
- Track record producing high volume deliverables (50+ assets per week)
- Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
Nice to Haves
- Experience in live events, entertainment, or music content
- Experience clipping long-form content into short-form
- Exposure to short-form video trends on Reels and TikTok
- Basic motion graphics or animated text experience (After Effects or similar)
- Familiarity with Vista Social or similar scheduling tools
Core Responsibilities
- Source video clips from artist social accounts, using judgment on which clips will perform
- Localize clips using templates by adding venue name and show date overlays
- Build static graphic assetsfor each upcoming show and deliver all completed files to Dropbox before publish deadlines
Expectations
- Full-time during US business hours (Monday-Friday, aligned to MST/Arizona time)
- Success means briefs are turned around on time and the social media manager never has to chase a file
- Strong output speed and file organization across 15+ client asset libraries simultaneously
- Sharp judgment on clip selection
- Start date: ASAP
