Must Haves

  • 1Y+ in a remote VA role
  • Detail-oriented and loves numbers
  • Very proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Exceptional written and verbal English (Not A1/A2)
  • Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25mbps+)

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with a solo founder
  • Experience with logistics, data entry, or inventory work

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end to end warehouse inventory using Google Sheets for thousands of units
  • Track purchases, maintain records, and manage tracking spreadsheets

Expectations

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday
  • Path to expand responsibilities & compensation as you grow with our team
  • NOT for you if: You're still learning the basics / need daily task lists
