Questions
Do I need to know them personally?
No. You can post the role in groups, share it on LinkedIn, or send it to anyone who fits. What matters is that they apply, name you, and are a real fit for the role.
When do I get paid?
Approved rewards are grouped and sent once a week through Wise or PayPal.
What counts as a referral?
Your name or email has to be on their application, and they have to finish the full application before you submit. If two people refer the same candidate for the same role, the first correct referral wins.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Submit each candidate separately. Every candidate and role pair is its own referral.
