Work backward from the roleSearch for people who clearly meet the job’s non-negotiable skills and experience.
Look for proofPrioritize measurable results, relevant projects, portfolios, and examples of ownership over job titles alone.
Confirm interestAsk before referring them and make sure they are willing to complete the full Talented application.

They enter your name or email under “Who referred you?”
They complete and submit the full application
After their application is submitted, submit the candidate and role here
Payment
Earn $5 when a correctly attributed candidate completes their application and passes Talented’s first review. If that same candidate is hired for that role, earn another $145. The $5 is included in the $150 total. One reward per candidate-role pair goes to the first correctly attributed referral. Approved payouts are grouped and sent once a week through Wise or PayPal.
