The Brief

Find a recent public conversation where a founder, business owner or hiring manager, at a USA-based company is discussing a remote-hiring problem.

Reddit is one option, but Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Discord, Slack, and other public communities can qualify too. Personally write and publish a useful contribution from your account. Help with the specific problem first and mention ScoutTalented only where it genuinely fits. Finding or linking the conversation without publishing your own contribution does not qualify. The conversation must have been posted or received genuine new activity within the last 14 days.

The Qualified Conversation

Responsible posterThe poster appears to be a founder, business owner, hiring manager, or recruiter actively discussing remote or overseas hiring.

Real role or hiring needThere is an active role, recurring need, or concrete recruiting bottleneck—not a hypothetical debate.

Remote hiring relevanceThe role in discussion is remote or the problem relates to distributed hiring.

Visible painThey mention candidate quality, sourcing, screening, urgency, cost, or a role remaining unfilled.

What to Search

  • “cannot find qualified candidates”
  • “job has been open for months”

  • “too many unqualified applicants”

  • Public founder, entrepreneur, startup, small-business, remote-work, recruiting, and industry-specific communities

A Strong Contribution

  • Write and publish the contribution yourself from your own account.
  • Start by answering the actual question or diagnosing the hiring problem.
  • Give one or two specific actions they can use immediately.
  • Explain why ScoutTalented is relevant to this exact situation.
  • Do not use em dashes or language typical of AI.
